1. Service and contracting party
Cloqi Doss is a business work service that connects product facts, evidence, decisions, schedules, and working drafts for medical-device organizations. The customer organization is identified in an order form or subscription request.
2. Included scope
- Product Thread and product baseline
- Funding, marketing, regulatory, and quality workrooms
- Contracted document wizards and DOCX/HWPX working drafts
- Training content and Companion quality-record links
3. Not provided
- On-premises deployment or customer-specific code forks
- Automatic replacement of medical, legal, or regulatory judgment
- Official QMS approval or electronic signature
- Unauthorized submission to regulators or external channels
- Patient care, diagnosis, or treatment
4. Accounts and authority
A shared email domain does not create membership. A verified invitation and organization membership are required. Customers manage roles, MFA enrollment, offboarding, and approval authority.
5. Working drafts and official records
Reviewed, candidate-approved, or generated statuses in Cloqi Doss do not mean QMS approval or regulatory acceptance. The customer determines official source, effect, submission, and authorized approvers.
6. Commercial and data terms
Price, tax, usage, term, renewal, and refund terms belong in the order form. Online payment is not yet active. Customers retain rights in customer data; HÉDÉONIX processes it only to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
7. Suspension, termination, and liability
Access may be limited for material security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment. An export opportunity and deletion process apply at termination, subject to legal retention, disputes, audit integrity, and backup expiry. Final liability, governing law, and venue will be confirmed with the order form.
