- Capabilities stated in the order form
- Customer external QMS remains the official source
3. Prohibited data
- Patient or study-subject identifiers, health information, and clinical source data
- National identifiers
- Passwords, authentication keys, and full personal payment data
- Malware and unlawful material
- Official e-signature originals or data outside the agreed catalog
4. Change and feedback
Changes use feature flags and effective dates. Feedback may improve the product, but customer confidential content is not reused as another customer's data.
